Empowered Rank ("we," "us," "our") operates empoweredrank.com and provides B2B pipeline and demand generation services to clients (together, the "Services"). This policy explains what information we collect from visitors to our site and from clients we work with, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This is a general privacy policy for a small, solo-operated consultancy. It's written in plain language and covers the tools we actually use. Information you give us directly: your name, email address, company, and anything else you share when you book a Growth Audit, email us, or fill out a form on this site.
Scheduling information: when you book a call, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects the details needed to confirm and manage that booking.
Usage & analytics information: standard technical data such as your browser type, device, approximate location, pages viewed, and referring site, collected automatically when you visit empoweredrank.com.
Advertising & conversion information: when you arrive from or interact with an ad on a platform like Google, LinkedIn, or Meta, that platform's tracking technology may record that interaction so we can measure whether our advertising is working.

How we use this information

To respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and deliver the Services you've engaged us for
To understand which pages, campaigns, and channels are actually producing qualified conversations, so we can report on that accurately, for our own site and on behalf of clients
To improve this site's content, performance, and reliability

We do not sell your personal information for money.

We should be precise about one thing, because the usual one-line version of this is misleading. Our advertising cookies (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Google Ads) pass limited information to those platforms so we can measure whether our own campaigns are working. Under California law that may count as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, even though no money changes hands and we are not handing your data to anyone for their own independent marketing.

You can switch that off at any time. Select Cookie settings in the footer of any page and turn Advertising off. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, advertising stays off automatically without you doing anything.

Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy, and interacting with our ads or embedded tools may involve data going directly to that provider.

Data sharing

We share information only with the service providers above, as needed to operate this site and deliver the Services, and where required by law. We do not share client or visitor data with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

Data retention

We keep contact and engagement information for as long as reasonably needed to deliver the Services, maintain business and tax records, and respond to any follow-up questions, and no longer than that for any single purpose.

Your rights & choices

Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. Your California privacy rights

We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information.

Children's privacy

This site and our Services are directed at businesses and business professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and this site is not intended for use by anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our tools or practices change, particularly as tracking and ad platforms are rolled out. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent version.
