What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember information about your visit, such as whether you've seen a particular message before or how you arrived at the page, and they let third-party tools (like a scheduling embed or an analytics platform) function correctly.
How we use cookies
We group the cookies used on this site into three categories:
- Essential / functional cookies are required for the site to work, including cookies set by our scheduling embed (Cal.com) when you book a call on the Growth Audit or Contact pages. These can't be switched off without breaking that functionality.
- Analytics cookies help us understand which pages get traffic and how visitors move through the site, so we can improve it. This includes Google Analytics, deployed through Google Tag Manager.
- Advertising cookies let us measure whether our own paid campaigns are working, by tracking when someone who saw or clicked one of our ads later visits or converts on this site. This includes Google Ads, the Meta Pixel, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag.
Analytics and advertising tags are deployed through Google Tag Manager, and none of them load until you allow them. On a first visit, nothing beyond essential cookies runs. Once you make a choice we store it in your browser and apply it on every page you visit after that, including through Google Consent Mode, which tells Google's tags whether they may use cookies for measurement and advertising. Analytics and advertising are separate choices, so you can allow one and decline the other.
Third-party cookies
Some cookies on this site are set by third parties rather than by us directly, including Cal.com (scheduling), Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads), Meta, and LinkedIn. Each of these providers controls its own cookies under its own privacy and cookie policies.
Managing your cookie preferences
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time. Select in the footer of any page to reopen the banner and set analytics and advertising separately. We keep your choice for 12 months, then ask again. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, advertising cookies stay off unless you switch them on yourself.
You can also control or delete cookies through your browser's settings. Most browsers let you block cookies entirely, block only third-party cookies, or clear cookies already stored. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of this site, like the booking embed, from working correctly.

We'll update this policy as our tracking setup changes. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent version.
